980 Terms & Conditions: Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 980 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms apply to all platform users, including guests without an account, registered members, and any party that interacts with 980's content or services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Account Creation & Security

To access the full services of the 980 platform, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You are fully responsible for:

Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
Ensuring no third party uses your account without your authorisation.
Notify 980 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Ensuring all registration details are accurate and updated whenever changes occur.

980 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to protect their account information.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibitions

Users of the 980 platform agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using the platform for any activity that is illegal or in violation of Malaysian law.
Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access the platform.
Cheating, manipulating, or attempting to deceive the platform's payment or gaming systems.
Sharing or transferring your account to another party.
Distributing harmful, offensive, or false content through the platform.
Impersonating another user or any member of 980's staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 980 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 980 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and DuitNow Transfer.

The terms applicable to transactions are as follows:

Deposit: Each deposit is subject to the minimum amount set by the platform. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment has been successfully verified.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. 980 reserves the right to verify a user's identity prior to processing any withdrawal for security purposes.
Bonus: Use of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified with each promotional offer.
Cancellation: Once a deposit has been processed, the transaction cannot be reversed. Users are responsible for ensuring the amount and payment method are correct before confirming any transaction.

980 reserves the right to delay or withhold transactions suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms, pending the completion of an investigation.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 980 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including technical disruptions, system failures, or financial losses from betting activity.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, with no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability.

Account Suspension & Closure

980 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Suspected fraud or illegal activity.
Failure to comply with identity verification procedures.
User request to close the account.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of 980's internal investigation.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the 980 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 980 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 980.

Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
